1Overview

You may return most unused items in their original sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Returns are subject to inspection on arrival at our facility. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2Return window

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Unused, undamaged and in original, sealed packaging with all accessories and the invoice.
  • Accompanied by the order number or GST invoice.
  • Not part of the non-returnable categories listed below.

3Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety and technical reasons, the following are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Cut-to-length & custom cabling: and made-to-order assemblies.
  • Opened bulk cable boxes where the seal/length marking is broken.
  • Items marked "non-returnable" or "clearance" on the product page.
  • Products damaged through misuse, incorrect installation or normal wear.

4How to return an item

    Raise a request

    Go to My Account → Orders and select "Return", or contact support with your order number.

  2. 2

    Pack the item

    Securely repack in the original packaging with all accessories and the invoice.

  3. 3

    Pickup or drop-off

    We'll arrange a reverse pickup for eligible returns, or share a drop-off address.

  4. 4

    Inspection & resolution

    Once received and inspected, we process your refund or replacement.

5Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable where free shipping was applied.

6Replacements & warranty

If you prefer a replacement, we'll dispatch the same item once the return is approved, subject to stock. Manufacturing defects are additionally covered under the applicable manufacturer warranty — contact support and we'll guide you through the claim.

7Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll make it right at no extra cost.

Please report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund quickly at no cost to you.

8Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge while their status is Processing. Once an order has shipped, it follows the standard return process above. To cancel, contact support promptly with your order number.
