• Prices are in INR and, unless stated otherwise, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We may correct errors, change specifications at any time before your order is confirmed.
• Product images are representative; minor variations may occur.
• Stock availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted.

4Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email; we may decline or cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment must be received (or EMI/credit approved) before dispatch. For approved business accounts, net-30 credit terms may apply.

5Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. Standard shipping is free over ₹5,000; otherwise charges apply as shown at checkout. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report issues promptly.

6Returns & refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7Warranties & disclaimers

Products are covered by applicable manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Except as expressly stated and as required by law, products are provided "as is" without further warranties. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Networking Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and the Star Networking Services name — is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

10Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping data, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
